During the pandemic, she served as a business consultant for the Vermont Small Business Recovery Technical Assistance Program, providing strategy sessions, market analysis, and digital marketing plans. Her efforts were crucial in helping small Vermont businesses adapt and remain relevant in a rapidly changing environment.
Outside of real estate, Lorin enjoys an active lifestyle that includes telemark skiing, snowboarding (formerly a snowboard instructor at Sugarbush Resort), and paddleboarding. On rainy days, she often spends her time refinishing thrifted furniture and watching "Before and After" videos.

Claire is a licensed real estate agent and oversees the marketing and closing coordination for Team von Trapp. She has over 25 years’ experience in marketing and owned her own advertising agency for 12 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. In her role on the Chris von Trapp Team, her goal is to provide clients with exceptional customer service and attention to detail whether marketing their homes or helping buyers through the closing process. She has two daughters and lives in Colchester.
